• By making a purchase from the Hampers Central website you have acknowledged that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of this agreement, and any subsequent rules and policies that may be published from time to time by Hampers Central
• These terms and conditions may be amended or varied at any time by Hampers Central without giving a reason and without notice.
   
General Information
• All prices listed on http://www.hamperscentral.com are inclusive of GST.
• A cancellation of an order must be made no later than 48hrs prior to delivery. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the gift has left our premises .
• In the event it is necessary to substitute an out of stock item, Hampers Central guarantees the replacement item to be of equal or greater value. Please read contents of hampers carefully.
• Under the Liquor act of 1982 it is an offence to sell, supply or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18. Gift hampers (including alcohol) may only be purchased and delivered to persons over the age of 18. A basket containing liquor cannot be requested to be left on the premises if no one is home.
• If you have chosen to receive our newsletter your email address will be added to our newsletter database. Newsletters will be sent approximately 4 times a year and will include upcoming events plus new hampers and specials. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of the newsletter and you will be automatically removed from our newsletter database. Rest assured your personal details will never be given or sold to any third parties.
   
Dispute policy
• If for any reason you have a discrepancy in relation to a purchase from Hampers Central you must contact Customer Service within 48 hours of being delivered. Hampers Central will investigate such discrepancies but reserves the right to be the final arbiter in the event of any dispute.
• Should you object to any of these Terms and Conditions (including any subsequent amendments), you must immediately discontinue use of this Web site.
